MixUp Control Privacy Notice
MixUp Control is provided by Dzen Tech Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. This notice explains how MixUp Control for iPhone, iPad and Android devices processes information when it controls compatible DZEN TECH equipment.
Information processed on the device
MixUp Control stores device assignments, presets, Waiting and Recording states, local GlamBot scenes, selected language, theme and other settings on the device. The application keeps rotating diagnostic logs about application lifecycle, user-flow events, Bluetooth and local-network or controller events, errors, app and operating-system version, device type and model, and a random installation identifier.
The random installation identifier is generated by MixUp Control. It is not an advertising identifier and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Voluntary problem reports
The “Report a problem” button lets a user voluntarily provide an email address and a description of the issue. Email is optional and the description is entered by the user; both are included only in a locally prepared report package. Diagnostic logs and pending ZIP packages are retained for no more than 30 days, with no more than 10 reports pending at a time.
In the current release, reports remain on the device. DZEN TECH does not receive them because a trusted mobile token broker for delivery is not yet enabled. Before remote delivery is enabled, DZEN TECH will update this Privacy Notice and the Google Play Data Safety declaration.
Purposes
DZEN TECH uses diagnostic and support information only to provide customer support, diagnose compatibility, improve stability and performance, prevent abuse, and protect MixUp Control and its services.
DZEN TECH does not sell data, use it for advertising profiling, or share it with data brokers.
Bluetooth, Nearby devices, local network, and media
MixUp Control uses Bluetooth / Nearby devices to discover, connect to, and control compatible equipment. On iOS, Local Network permission is used where required by the operating system. On Android, the application uses a network connection to discover and control compatible Stellar LED Screen controllers on the same local Wi-Fi network.
Images and videos selected for Stellar LED Screen are sent directly to the compatible controller on the local network. They are not included in diagnostic packages and are not sent to DZEN TECH as support or analytics data.
Choices and rights
Users can delete local data by deleting the application, subject to normal device backup behavior. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information received by support, contact support@dzentech.store. DZEN TECH may verify the request and will respond within 30 days where required by applicable law.
