MixUp Control Support

MixUp Control connects iPhone and iPad to compatible DZEN TECH event hardware, including MixUp lighting and backlights, Spinner 360 platforms, GlamBot systems, and Stellar LED Screens.

When contacting support, include the MixUp Control version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version, device product name, and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, authorization tokens, or confidential production media.

Bluetooth troubleshooting

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and allow MixUp Control to use Bluetooth.
  2. Keep the DZEN TECH device powered on and within range.
  3. Make sure another phone or tablet is not already controlling the device.
  4. In MixUp Control, open Find Devices and select the appropriate product type.
  5. If the connection is interrupted, keep the app open while it reconnects. Saved parameters may be restored, but motion never starts automatically.

Stellar LED Screen troubleshooting

  1. Connect the iPhone or iPad and the controller to the same local network.
  2. Allow MixUp Control to access the Local Network.
  3. Open Stellar LED Screen and use Check Controller if automatic discovery has not completed yet.
  4. Confirm that the network does not isolate wireless clients from one another.

Safety

MixUp Control does not replace the physical safety systems, emergency-stop devices, operating manual, trained operator, or safe working perimeter required for Spinner 360 and GlamBot. Inspect the equipment before use and keep people outside the motion area. Emergency Stop in the app is an additional control and must not be the only emergency-stop method available.

Report a problem

You can create a diagnostic package in Settings → Report a Problem. In version 1.0, diagnostic packages remain on your device and are not transmitted to DZEN TECH. Contact support by email for assistance.
