The laptop doesn’t see one of the cameras

If the laptop doesn’t see one of the cameras, check all the cables and cameras leading up to that camera. Then turn the camera off and on manually.

Try switching cameras and check whether the other camera works with the same cables:

• If it works fine, the problem is with the camera — take it to a service centre or replace it.
• If it doesn’t work, take photos of all the cables and message our support team.

The laptop doesn’t see any cameras

If you don’t see any cameras in your laptop’s Device Manager, install the drivers and check the USB cable connection. Try a different USB port.
