Enter your license key

After installation, if the machine has no license, MixUp prompts you to enter a license code. Enter your key to unlock the full app.

Do it yourself

Type your license key directly into MixUp yourself — don’t paste license keys into shared documents or chats.

Keeping MixUp updated

MixUp can notify you when a new version is available (“Update Available”) and update via its Updater. Keep the software current so the documentation, features, and camera support match.

Licensing problems

• If the app reports the license as invalid, re-enter your license key.
• After a hardware change, the license may need re-activation.
• Moving MixUp to another computer? Deactivate the license on the old machine first — see Deactivate & transfer a license.
