MixUp Pixel (color lighting)

MixUp Pixel is a color lighting controller. The same settings apply to a group of devices — MixUp Pixel, Printer Pixel, and Additional Pixel — they are identical.

Note

In a future update these will be renamed and moved into an SP-105 lighting section.

What it does

The controller can show a static color or play color animations — blinking lights, dynamic color changes, a running/marquee light, and so on. There are 200 scenes in total.

Scenes: idle and capture

Like MixUp White, it has two scenes and a Sync function (one change applies to both scenes):

• Idle (waiting) scene — shown while the booth is idle.
• Capture scene — shown during capture.

For each scene you can choose an animated scene, a static color, or blackout (turn the lighting off) using the blackout button.

Static color

Switch to static and pick the color on the color wheel; use the triangle inside the wheel to fine-tune it.

Caution

The color on your monitor and the color in real life differ slightly — every RGB strip has its own tint. Judge the color by the device itself, not the screen.

Animated scene

Switch to scene mode and choose the scene number you want — flip through them to see how each looks. Set the speed from 15% to 100% (how fast the animation plays).

Connect

This controller connects over Bluetooth only. Enable it like any other device — see Enable, not Connect.
