Troubleshooting: LED doesn't work

Check the Daslight version

First, make sure you’ve downloaded the correct version of the Daslight app.

How to check: when you launch the software, you’ll see the version. If it’s different from Dec 22 2017, reinstall the app using our link.

Still not working?

If you still can’t control the LED, install the drivers, restart your laptop and reconnect the USB cable. Our LED control guide may also be useful.
