The Surface isn’t charging

Check that the charger is connected and the booth is plugged in. If you see a “slow charging device” message, that’s fine — it will still charge the Surface as it should.

The Surface is hot and lagging (or MixUp freezes and closes)

Check that the fans inside the booth are working (they sit behind the Surface).
Close any other apps you don’t need, as they can cause overheating.

We recommend having the Surface fully charged before the event starts — we’ve noticed that some Surface models overheat when they’re not at 100 % and running photo booth apps at the same time.
