Troubleshooting
RGB backlight doesn’t work
Section titled “RGB backlight doesn’t work”- Check the booth is powered. On a power bank, confirm it’s a 15 V / 3 A bank with a type-C power-delivery cable.
- If the RGB lights up but you can’t change the colour, make sure you’re using the Magic LED app and that you selected the correct backlight controller in the device list.
Snappic won’t connect (or shows an error)
Section titled “Snappic won’t connect (or shows an error)”First, update the Snappic app. If that doesn’t help, check whether it’s a hardware or software problem using a BLE terminal app — it sends the same Bluetooth commands to the booth as Snappic does (iOS and Android).
Open it, find the booth (MixUp‑ + number) and connect. Assign a command to a button (tap the button to edit):
W0255= maximum brightness,W0010= minimum, anything between works (e.g.W0127≈ 50 %).
Press Save, then tap the button to set the brightness.
- If the light changes from the BLE terminal app, the problem is on the software side — contact Snappic support.
- If the light doesn’t change even from the BLE terminal, contact us and we’ll help.
