Connect to Snappic / Touchpix

You need the Snappic app installed on your iPhone or iPad.

Connect the platform

Section titled “Connect the platform”

Open Select accessories and choose DT-Spinner 360 (your platform may be named differently). Press Done.

Now, spinning will start automatically once recording begins in the Snappic app.

If it won’t connect

Section titled “If it won’t connect”
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone.
  • If you don’t see the platform in the list, note that only platforms bought after July 2022 have a built-in Bluetooth module. If you bought yours earlier, you can upgrade it — message our managers about it.
