Deactivate & transfer a license

Moving MixUp to another computer? Your license key stays yours — you only need to deactivate it on the old machine first. Deactivating releases the key so it can be activated somewhere else.

Deactivate on the old computer

1. Open the folder where MixUp is installed — for example C:\DzenTech\MixUp.
2. Find and run License manager.exe.
3. Choose Activate or deactivate.
4. Press Deactivate and confirm — you will be asked to confirm several times.

Activate on the new computer

Deactivate while the old computer still works

Deactivate before you reinstall Windows, sell the machine, or send it for repair — while MixUp is still installed and the computer starts. Otherwise the key can stay bound to it. If you can no longer reach the old machine, contact support: support@dzentech.store.
