RGB backlight doesn’t work in the MixUp app
Section titled “RGB backlight doesn’t work in the MixUp app”“MixUp Pixel” shows as disconnected
Section titled ““MixUp Pixel” shows as disconnected”- Check that the booth is plugged in.
- Make sure you aren’t connecting to the backlight from several devices — or several app tabs — at once.
- Turn your laptop’s Bluetooth off and on again.
- Unplug the booth and plug it back in after 5 seconds.
- Disable the connection in the MixUp app, then enable it again. Check that you’re connecting
to the correct device name (
SP105E+ your booth’s number). - If the problem continues, update your Bluetooth drivers — see Troubleshooting: backlight.
Connected to MixUp Pixel, but the backlight is off
Section titled “Connected to MixUp Pixel, but the backlight is off”- If you’re in RGB mode, make sure Blackout isn’t active (the small circle sitting in the black area of the triangle).
- Check that you’re connecting to the correct device name (
SP105E+ your booth’s number). - Disable RGB in the MixUp app, connect using the mobile app instead, and send us the results — we’ll help.
RGB backlight doesn’t work in the Magic LED app
Section titled “RGB backlight doesn’t work in the Magic LED app”- Check that the booth is plugged in.
- If you can’t find
SP105Ein the list or can’t connect, unplug the booth and plug it back in after 5 seconds. - Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on.
- If you can find the booth but the colours don’t change, make sure the backlight is enabled (top-right corner).
