Little Planet
Little Planet is a specialized option — it’s only for 360 cameras, the ones that shoot 360° panoramic photo and video (for example Garmin VIRB 360, GoPro Max — see Cameras). It’s one of the extra processing options in the Photo menu header.
Working from a 360° panoramic photo, open the menu and enable it, then set up the look:
- Viewpoint — choose the angle with the mouse in real time and see how the shot will look. Wrap it into a little planet, or just place the virtual camera where you want.
- Monopod pull-in — a slider that hides the center and pulls the image slightly inward, hiding the seam.
- Scale — scale the image.
- Center overlay — a design placed in the very center, over the seam of the two frames (where the camera sits, usually on a monopod or the booth). Upload your logo (a normal image) and it’s transformed to look right on the 360 result.
Video adds camera-motion, so it’s more interesting:
- Camera-motion scenes — a set of ready animations (several of them) that each move the virtual camera differently. For a scene you set the movement speed and the effect duration (the time it plays out fully).
- Center overlay, the monopod pull-in slider, and scale are all available too.
- Start point — choose which camera the shot begins from. Flip the image to pick the camera the people will stand in front of. (360 cameras are usually two cameras stitched together — one facing one way, the other the opposite.)
