Troubleshooting: backlight

White backlight is enabled in the MixUp software but doesn’t work

Section titled “White backlight is enabled in the MixUp software but doesn’t work”
  • Open the MixUp White tab in the software, make sure Connection by Bluetooth is selected and the backlight is enabled.
  • Connect from the MixUp White tab to MixUp ***, where *** is your booth’s number. Connecting the white backlight from several tabs can interrupt the connection. SP105E is the RGB backlight — connect to it from the MixUp Pixel tab instead.
  • Turn your laptop’s Bluetooth off and on again.
  • Unplug the booth and plug it back in after 5 seconds.
  • In MixUp app → MixUp White, check that the brightness is above 0.
  • Restart the laptop.
  • Update your Bluetooth drivers to the latest version from Windows — Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
